Introduction to GHG Emission Factors

Welcome to our ISCC Academy! On this platform, where you can access
all courses as your schedule allows. We are so glad that you are here!

Understanding emission factors is essential for anyone working toward decarbonising transport and logistics. This short learning module — explains what emission factors are, how they’re calculated, and why they matter for managing greenhouse gas emissions in the transport sector.

Whether you’re a sustainability professional, logistics planner, or simply interested in climate action, this module will give you a clear, practical understanding of a key concept that underpins effective emissions management and helps drive the transition to low-carbon transport.
